Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must be submitted through the congress website. Submissions via email or postal mail will not be accepted. At least one of the authors listed in the abstract must be registered for the congress. Only presentations by registered authors will be included in the program and abstract book. The following abstract categories will be available at the congress:
- Oral Presentation
- E-Poster Presentation
An automatic confirmation email titled "Your Abstract Has Been Submitted to the System" will be sent to the authors upon submission. The evaluation result will be sent to all authors as a notification letter. Once the acceptance letter is sent, withdrawals of presentations will not be allowed. If a presentation is accepted as an oral presentation but not delivered, and a valid excuse is not documented, future abstract submissions by the same author will not be accepted for the next congress.
The abstract text must be error-free and carefully checked before uploading to the system. The text submitted will be published in the abstract book without any corrections. Abstracts presented at the congress should contribute to scientific advancement and deliver a clear conclusion message.

Abstract Writing Rules
The title of the abstract should be as concise as possible while reflecting the study; abbreviations should not be used in the title. Full names (first and last names) of all authors and their departments and institutions must be clearly stated in the relevant sections. Names should be written in lowercase letters, with only the first letter capitalized. Academic titles should not be used. Authors are responsible for ethical issues.

The abstract text should be no more than 350 words. (Up to 2 tables or figures may be included.)
